Job summary

Joyson Safety Systems seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for Mexico Operations to support controlling activities across multiple plants. You will analyze costs against budget/forecast and prepare month-end reporting, partnering with plant controllers and operations.

The role offers visibility to senior leadership, with emphasis on cost improvements and dashboard automation using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Power BI (preferred).
• Strong financial and cost controlling knowledge.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3-6+ years in Finance / Controlling / FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Support financial controlling across plants.
• Analyze cost performance vs Budget/Forecast (labor, overhead, material).
• Monitor KPIs (productivity, efficiency, variances).
• Prepare variance analysis and month-end reporting.
• Standardize reports and support management presentations.
• Identify risks/opportunities and drive cost improvements.
• Support dashboards and automation (Excel / Power BI).
