Formación

• 3–6+ years in Finance / Controlling / FP&A required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Mexico

Reports to: MX region senior financial Controller

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support controlling activities across multiple manufacturing plants in Mexico. This role focuses on cost analysis, performance monitoring, and financial reporting, working closely with plant controllers and operations. This position offers visibility to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial controlling across plants.
• Analyze cost performance vs Budget/Forecast (labor, overhead, material).
• Prepare variance analysis and month-end reporting.
• Standardize reports and support management presentations.
• Identify risks/opportunities and drive cost improvements.
• Support dashboards and automation (Excel / Power BI).

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Power BI (preferred).
• Strong financial and cost controlling knowledge.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3–6+ years in Finance / Controlling / FP&A.
