SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis in Mexico City to support planning, forecasting, and performance management. The role translates complex financial information into actionable insights for informed decision-making across the business.

Collaborating with finance and business partners, you will help ensure accurate plans, agile responses, and alignment with priorities, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance role in multinational environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI and ERP/planning systems such as SAP, BPC, Oracle.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple cycles and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen; translate P&L drivers into scenarios.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate key financial planning processes: budget, long-range planning, forecasts, and monthly outlook updates.
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year; identify drivers, risks, opportunities, actions.
• Support monthly financial closing and management reporting with clear variance explanations across P&L.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business alternatives and cash flow impacts.
