Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to identify risks and opportunities, develop scenario analyses, and provide recommendations that improve profitability, gross margin, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, Controllership, or related finance areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis to support profitability, inventory, and cash flow decisions.
• Develop scenario analyses, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Commercial, and Finance teams to drive performance.
• Create executive-ready dashboards linking operations with financial outcomes.
• Support budgeting cycles and performance reviews.
• Drive automation and data-quality improvements.
