Formación

• 3–6+ years in Finance / Controlling / FP&A required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong financial and cost controlling knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial controlling across plants.
• Analyze cost performance vs Budget/Forecast.
• Prepare variance analysis and month-end reporting.
• Standardize reports and support management presentations.
• Identify risks/opportunities and drive cost improvements.
• Support dashboards and automation.
