Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Mexico is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Clinical Solutions) to support budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations within a clinical research environment. You will partner with project teams and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective revenue recognition through the trial lifecycle.

This remote role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, variance analysis, EVA, and contract review, with responsibilities spanning month-end close, invoicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in general ledger accounting and financial reporting, incl. budget and project management.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and financial performance.
• Experience with AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, and month/quarter/year-end closings.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ability to analyze data, identify variances, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to project teams across the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly invoicing worksheets for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Conduct variance analyses between forecast and actual results.
• Review budgets and change orders for out-of-scope work and financial impact.
• Perform Earned Value Analysis with project leaders.
• Contribute to monthly project reviews with financial insights.
• Assist executives with contractual documents and change orders.
• Support GL activities and timely financial reporting across the function.
• Respond to inquiries with ad hoc analyses and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and controls.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain reliable financial records.
