Precision Medicine Group is expanding its Clinical Solutions Finance capabilities across the Americas and is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to join the team. This hybrid role combines project budget analysis and general ledger responsibilities, supporting the month-end close and broader financial processes.

You will collaborate with project teams on clinical trial finances, perform EVA analyses, assist in invoicing and revenue recognition, and help maintain internal controls and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of general ledger and financial reporting experience including working knowledge of all areas of the accounting cycle, project budgets, financial project management support, EVA analysis, and contract review or equivalent relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies.
• Ability to undertake occasional domestic and international travel including overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Support the project teams in all financial areas associated with running a clinical trial.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly invoicing worksheet for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analysis comparing forecasted revenue to actual revenue to identify gaps and scope changes.
• Review work orders and change order budgets vs. actual activities to identify out of scope work.
• Perform monthly EVA analyses with Project Directors/Project Managers and participate in project review meetings.
