FBS in Mexico City seeks an experienced Accounting Analyst II to support complex accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory filings. The role requires independence, project leadership, audit support, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to strengthen financial controls.

Ideal candidates have strong accounting fundamentals, continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to identify operational efficiencies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience with journal entries, accruals, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Internal controls, audit support, and testing system changes.
• Advanced English communication and Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Mexico regulatory reporting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and control procedures.
• Support IFRS/MFRS reporting and regulatory filings.
• Lead system testing, enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Develop business requirements for SAP enhancements.
• Support audits and respond to information requests.
• Manage projects and partner with cross-functional teams.
