Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Financial Controller Lead based in Mexico to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a rapidly growing tech environment. You will partner with executives across product, marketing, sales, and operations, developing scalable financial models and dashboards for strategic decisions.

You will lead cross-functional finance initiatives, automate processes, and support international expansion with a focus on ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, and unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of FP&A, business controlling, or corporate finance experience in tech
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range financial planning, and scenario analysis.
• Serve as finance partner to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Develop robust financial models for initiatives, pricing, and market expansion.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to drive growth.
• Design executive dashboards and management reports on revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow.
• Identify deviations and provide actionable recommendations to optimize profitability and cash flow.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Technology, and Operations to embed financial considerations into strategy.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for board meetings and investor discussions.
• Drive automation and scalable processes for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Support international expansion and due diligence for growth initiatives.
