Job summary

Jobgether SRL partners with a fast-growing technology company in Mexico to hire a Financial Controller Lead. This strategic finance leader will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while partnering closely with executives and cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

In a remote, international context, you will shape financial planning, build scalable models, and support growth initiatives including international expansion and new business models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 7+ years in business controlling, FP&A, or corporate finance in tech.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of digital economics, subscription models and fintech dynamics.
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and BI tools; ERP experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Partner with executives to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Develop financial models for new products, pricing, and expansion.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities for growth.
• Design dashboards and reports on revenue, margins, cash flow.
• Drive automation of planning processes and scalable workflows.
• Support board and investor analyses with clear insights.
• Oversee month-end close with accounting on controls and accuracy.
