Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; may require technical certification or Associate Degree.
• 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Builds, configures, and deploys desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoots issues using Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provides technical guidance and training to internal associates.
• Delivers outstanding service and exceeds expectations for Associates.
• Provides after-hours support as needed for responsible site(s).
• Participates in knowledge management and creates internal docs for IT Service Desk.
• Supports deployment, patching, and backup activities as needed.
