Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities services, maintenance, and asset management across a portfolio of buildings in the Mexico City area. You will manage third‑party vendors, maintain base building relationships, and act as on‑site representative for leases, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.

The role reports to the Area Director and requires heavy collaboration with Community and Product teams to plan and execute CAPEX and break‑fix projects.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in facilities or operations management.
• Experience managing suppliers and vendors with contract management.
• Experience utilizing union vendors.
• Familiarity with lease operations language and execution.
• One or more certifications such as Building Operations or Facilities Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for Community and vendors within portfolio.
• Manage vendor performance in quality and cost across portfolio.
• Oversee third‑party facilities and cleaning vendors, including safety compliance.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for building systems and equipment.
• Monitor quarterly and annual facilities budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors on emergency and incident management planning.
• Represent WeWork during openings and handover to suppliers.
