Job summary

KONE Mexico is seeking a Facilities Administrator to oversee operations across our Mexico City office and warehouse. You will coordinate maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in facilities or workplace operations, with willingness to travel domestically. A focus on efficiency, accuracy, and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Eng., Architecture, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of facilities management, property management or workplace operations experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering and construction drawings/plans.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee facilities operations across office and warehouse locations.
• Manage maintenance activities, equipment, facilities, and outsourced service providers.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations, including permits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Protection and labor authority requirements.
• Monitor equipment and facility-related needs and coordinate relocations if needed.
• Collaborate with managers to improve administrative processes and systems.
