Hire Feed, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their fully remote team, supporting operations nationwide, including Acapulco. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of challenging roles across industries, identify and engage top talent, and contribute to strategic growth with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

The role requires 6+ years in recruitment, expert sourcing, executive search, and mastery of ATS

Formación

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with direct sourcing and executive search.
• Proven success filling hard-to-fill roles across industries.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and candidates with credibility.
• Proficient with ATS and social recruiting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and specialized roles.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies across channels.
• Conduct behavioral and competency interviews to assess fit.
• Advise clients on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
• Manage candidate pipelines with timely feedback.
• Analyze recruitment data and report progress.
