Psc Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. You will identify, engage, and hire top talent across departments, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from your home office.

The role emphasizes remote-first work, strong sourcing capabilities, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet growth objectives.

Formación

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably remote or hybrid.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize recruitment efforts.
