Ikano-Retail is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and hire top talent across departments, supporting Acapulco and beyond. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build strong pipelines, and deliver a superb candidate experience from home.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, proven sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with employment

Formación

3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience using sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
