Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned leader to direct the Engineering team’s technical strategy and resource allocation across the Growth, Public Sector, and Scale segments. You will partner with sales leadership to align technical coverage with business priorities and maximize the impact of a presales team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading presales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical teams.
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable technical strategies.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise accounts and navigating Public Sector procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to allocate limited resources across competing priorities and meet fixed deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering with sales leaders, architects, and customer stakeholders.
• A proven track record of developing teams and establishing effective operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical engagement strategies in partnership with sales leadership.
• Allocate architectural resources across customer opportunities, account development initiatives, and time-sensitive commitments.
• Establish a structured technical engagement model that supports account development, pipeline generation, and consumption growth.
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to address gaps in technical account coverage.
• Develop the team through coaching, performance management, and clear ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
