Prologis is seeking an Energy Program Director for Mexico to oversee a portfolio of energy supply and renewable projects. You will lead origination, financial modelling, and implementation across a growing portfolio, with a focus on 100% renewable solutions for customers.

Reporting to the Head of Energy Solutions Mexico, you will collaborate with regional teams and external partners to drive development, funding, and execution across LatAm. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA or quantitative master's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in energy project development, markets, trading, power contracts, regulations, renewable development, or generation technologies.
• Strong understanding of electricity markets, tariffs, renewable energy, and environmental commodities.
• Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Proven commercial negotiation skills.
• Full knowledge of the Mexico energy market and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with utilities, suppliers, planning agencies, and renewable OEMs.
• Knowledge of energy management and decarbonization strategies.
• Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.

• Originate and commercial energy efforts across LatAm with regional leadership.

• Report KPIs and manage project tracking tools like Salesforce and SiteTracker.
