Prologis in Mexico City is seeking an Investment Associate to support the Capital Deployment team by evaluating acquisition, redevelopment, development, and land opportunities across the Mexico market. The role helps Prologis assess potential investments by translating market information, real estate documents, and financial modeling into clear recommendations.

You will partner with the local Investment Officer, Market Officers, Leasing teams, senior management, and Investment Committees.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• 3+ years in real estate investment, accounting, finance, development or private equity.
• Ability to prepare real estate investment materials such as LOIs, RFPs, memorandums and market reports.
• Ability to build or modify cash flow and pro forma models using Argus and Excel.
• Comfort evaluating investments with NPV, IRR, cap rate and related metrics.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Investment Officer, Market Officers and Leasing teams to develop capital deployment opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and deal flow in Mexico to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and committees.
• Build and maintain base-case pro forma models for land bank and projects.
• Review LOIs, RFPs and diligence materials to support investments.
• Support valuation and recommendation materials for new opportunities.
