Job summary

Prologis in Mexico City is seeking an Energy Program Director to lead a growing portfolio of energy supply and renewable projects across the region. You will drive origination, commercial discussions, and financial modelling while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will bring deep knowledge of the Mexican energy market, negotiate complex contracts (PPAs, REC management), and guide the enterprise toward 100% renewable energy solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA or quantitative master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years in energy project development or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy project development and origination across Mexico.
• Own financial modelling and commercialization strategies.
• Manage EPC and third party collaboration for solar and storage.
• Engage with regulators and utility stakeholders; report KPIs.
