Worldwide Recruitment Energy is seeking a seasoned Project Development Manager to drive end-to-end development of utility-scale wind, solar, or battery storage projects in Mexico. The role requires leading from early stage to financial close, managing permitting, land acquisition and interconnection workstreams, and coordinating with the technical team.

Travel of ~30–40% is anticipated. An engineering degree is required, and PMP or equivalent credentials are valued.

Formación

• 8+ years developing utility-scale wind, solar or battery storage projects in Mexico.
• Led projects from early stage to ready-to-build or financial close.
• Strong command of permitting, land, and interconnection workstreams.
• Engineering degree; PMP or equivalent valued.
• Willing to travel to site about 30–40% of the time.
• Spanish native with professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end development execution of one utility-scale project through financial close and notice to proceed.
• Manages permitting plan and filings across three levels of government.
• Supervises right-of-way and land acquisition campaigns.
• Controls development budget, schedule and progress with FP&A support.
• Administers development service and purchase agreements with counterparties.
• Coordinates site visits and site assessments with the technical team; manages landowner relationships.
• Reports project status, risks and mitigation to the PMO.
