Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production of electronics products.
• Develop schedules to meet demand and timelines.
• Monitor processes and adjust workflows for efficiency.
• Lead quality assurance to meet ISO/IPC standards.
• Manage staff, conduct evaluations, and workforce planning.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and costs.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering for new product introductions (NPI).
