• Minimum 3–5 years in a high mix/high volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading self-directed or high-performance teams is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, schedule and negotiate to optimize production goals.
• Knowledge of demand-based/manufacturing systems is a plus.
