Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related business field.
• MBA or related master's preferred.
• 10+ years in electronics manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large ops.
• Experience in EMS/PCB SMT/Box Build or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple lines and departments.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with goals and customer needs.
• Ensure schedules meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and CI initiatives to improve performance.
• Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate operational health.
• Oversee production planning and execution to meet demand and delivery commitments.
• Optimize labor, equipment efficiency and capacity utilization.
• Lead NPI readiness and production transfers; manage bottlenecks.
• Ensure ISO/regulatory compliance and partner with Quality to reduce defects.
• Support strategic initiatives like factory expansions and automation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Admin

Master's Degree (MBA or related field) preferred
