Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Mexicali seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing of high-volume electronics, driving productivity, quality, safety and cost control.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and HR to meet schedules, deliver defect-free products, and advance Lean and continuous improvement, FPY goals, and NPI readiness while ensuring ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing engineering or related field.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience in electronics.
• Proven senior leadership of large teams in high-volume EMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple lines.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure schedules meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Monitor KPIs and manage production readiness for NPI.
