Qualifications

• Experience in high mix/high volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading self-directed teams preferred.
• Technical background in electronics/electricals is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet targets.
• Plan and review production work orders and resources.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition with maintenance.
• Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
