Job summary

Bloom Digitals is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Account Manager to lead high-value ecommerce client accounts and oversee the internal pod responsible for strategy, execution, communication, and performance.

In this remote role, you will own the strategic direction, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with client goals and performance opportunities. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency account management, client strategy, or similar client-facing digital marketing role.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce or performance marketing.
• 3+ years of working with ecommerce brands.
• Professional English proficiency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication and strategic guidance.
• Own the strategic direction and day-to-day account leadership for ecommerce clients within your pod.
• Lead internal pod coordination across Paid Media, Email/SMS, Creative, CRO, Design, and VA support.
