Reach Digital is a remote, AI-first performance marketing agency partnering with eCommerce brands. The Creative Strategist will lead end-to-end creative development—from research and angle ideation to briefs for editors—working directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

We value detail-oriented, multi-project management and a collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on learning, feedback, and delivering ads that convert. This fully remote role aligns with US working hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding paid media and content that converts.
• Brainstorm ad angles and bring concepts to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn and give/receive feedback.
• Able to communicate learnings to team and clients.
• Passionate about creative strategy and staying on top of what works.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance and brainstorm ad angles and hook variations.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends, formats, and policy changes; translate into testable concepts.
• Work with 3-5 brand partners at a time, deep-dive into their creative, build winning ads.
