Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a CRO Executive for a partner company. You’ll work with CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients to convert insights into measurable improvements across leading Ecommerce brands.

You’ll grow from supporting senior consultants to owning optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and eventual account leadership, with a clear path toward CRO Consultant responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive ownership mindset with ability to propose next steps.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce and conversion rate optimization.
• Agency experience is a plus; comfortable working across strategy, design, development, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics and user insights.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations with business impact.
• Build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Determine approaches for opportunities: A/B tests, design changes, or development work.
• Own initiatives from discovery through launch and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates and agenda follow-ups.
• Progress toward ownership of client accounts and roadmaps.
