Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. The role requires hands-on work with Kubernetes, Terraform, and diverse CI/CD tools, while collaborating across time zones.

The position emphasizes strong scripting, cloud security, and the ability to work independently and with teams, including on-call rotations, to maintain reliable production systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container tooling, plus cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for Data and AI teams.
• Build and run cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform (or Pulumi / CloudFormation).
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with ArgoCD/Flux and Helm.
• Develop observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and compliance controls in PCI-aware environments.
• Lead incident response and on-call rotations, driving reliability.
