Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with IaC, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms across time zones. You will own and improve Kubernetes workloads, implement security controls, and drive incident response while collaborating with engineers, QA, DBAs, and product partners across locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience managing production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; strong SQL skills; proficient in at least one cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Observability stack experience: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog; PCI-conscious security.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines for Data & AI teams.
• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and container workloads.
• Develop observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and SLO-driven alerts.
• Implement security and PCI-compliant controls and vulnerability scans.
• Lead incident response, runbooks, and blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers on local dev experience and internal tooling.
• Contribute to internal platform standards and share knowledge across teams.
• Participate in a multi-region, cross-time-zone DevOps environment with on-call rotations.
