Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams. The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines, and strong Kubernetes skills in a PCI-compliant environment.

You will enable cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), scripting (Python/Bash/Go), and observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog. Flexible remote/office options are available, with on-call rotations and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and container tooling.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL skills and familiarity with at least one cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and PCI-compliant environments.
• Experience working independently and in teams with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cloud infrastructure as code for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, including automated testing and deployment strategies.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Develop observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and logging dashboards.
• Implement security and PCI-aware controls, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scans.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems to reduce MTTR.
