AgileEngine, LLC. in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment.

You will own the CI/CD pipelines, operate Kubernetes clusters, and implement security controls while collaborating with developers across time zones. This role offers flexible work options and opportunity to impact high-scale data platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional DevOps/SRE experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE) and Docker-based tooling.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go and proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with observability stacks (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog).
• Knowledge of cloud security and PCI-compliant environments.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and canary deployments.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm/ArgoCD/Flux.
• Build observability and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers on developer experience and internal tooling.
