Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer in a PCI-compliant environment to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams. You will own the pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement security controls while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, solid experience with Terraform or Pulumi, Kubernetes, scripting, and observability tools. Flexible with remote/office options and time-zone coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps/SRE/platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; strong SQL and at least one cloud platform.
• Observability experience with stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Understanding of cloud security and PCI-compliant environments.
• Ability to work independently and across time zones, including on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Own DevOps and observability roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Design/infrastructure as code with Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI; enable blue-green/canary releases.
