Bacardi Mexico is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning specialist to lead forecast accuracy and S&OP alignment across Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will own data stewardship, manage customer inventories, and ensure policies maximize market availability and sell-out.

You will collaborate with plants, regional supply planning and innovation teams to forecast launches, manage product life cycles, and drive improvements in forecasting techniques with a proactive cross-functional mindset.

Formación

• 5 years of planning experience with 2 years in demand planning.
• Advanced Excel, BI and SAP knowledge.
• Fluent Business English for global communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or Business.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast construction in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Own customer data policy and ensure data integrity across Mexico.
• Monitor customer inventories and align sell-in with policy and forecasts.
• Lead S&OP demand management and cross-functional reviews.
