Mondelez México is seeking a Demand Planning Leader to oversee the 24‑month unconstrained forecast for assigned product families. You will support the IBP process, engage cross‑functional teams and ensure aligned forecasts with financial plans.

You will lead a forecasting team, partner with finance, modelling, and sales, and drive continuous improvements in demand planning and forecasting accuracy.

Formación

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting and IBP processes.
• Ability to link monthly IBP forecasts to financial plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to drive process improvements with data.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a forecasting team for a 24‑month unconstrained forecast with documented assumptions.
• Partner with category finance to link IBP forecast with financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with modelling to generate statistical forecasting.
• Work with commercial leadership to quantify risks/opportunities and close gaps.
• Validate sizing of innovations, renovations and campaigns in the 24‑month forecast.
• Coordinate with supply planning to ensure timely decisions and plan execution.
• Coach and develop the demand planning team to build capability.
