Mondelez International is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning Leader to oversee 24‑month forecasts for multiple product families within Mexico. You will champion the integrated business planning (IBP) process and drive collaboration across finance, commercial, and supply planning to ensure a robust demand plan.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic agility, and deep experience in demand review within a Fast-MMCG environment.

Formación

• Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience with strong business acumen in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Open to learning new ways of working and hands-on with data and systems.
• Significant experience driving demand review and participation in an IBP cycle.
• Strategic agility to drive cross-functional results and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee demand planning activities for assigned product families and 24‑month forecast with documented assumptions.
• Partner with category finance to link IBP and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with modelling team to generate statistical forecasts.
• Align with commercial leadership to quantify risks and opportunities and close forecast gaps.
• Coordinate with innovation/equity to size innovations, renovations and campaigns in the 24‑month forecast.
• Work with supply planning to ensure confidence in the demand plan and timely decisions.
