Carrier in Mexico is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Leader to own the 18-month consensus demand plan within the SIOP cycle, aligning supply and financial forecasts.

You will collaborate with business leaders to standardize planning processes, capture inputs, and improve forecast accuracy. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, S&OP/IBP expertise, and advanced Excel with SAP, Kinaxis, and PowerPoint proficiency. Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain (S&OP, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Planning).
• Advanced knowledge of S&OE, IBP and S&OP with implementation experience.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an 18-month consensus demand plan for the assigned unit during the SIOP cycle.
• Standardize materials planning and SIOP processes to optimize resources.
• Capture inputs from stakeholders to refine forecasting models and methodologies.
• Integrate backlog, bookings forecast, and market signals to create a consensus forecast.
• Lead SIOP Demand Reviews and prepare data and minutes for executive review.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning capabilities.
