Bacardi Mexico is seeking a Demand Planning & Analytics professional to lead data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. You will own data management for sell-in/sell-out and develop dashboards to monitor performance.

Responsibilities span monthly demand planning, data integrity, and analytics to support S&OP and regional market insights. We value analytics, Excel mastery, and experience in FMCG environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2-4 years in Demand Planning or related analytical roles is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills with BI tools are desirable.
• Experience with FMCG or beverages is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly demand planning by collecting and consolidating inputs.
• Maintain planning databases, assumptions, and master data for forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and trends.
• Prepare demand performance reports and forecast accuracy analyses.
• Develop and improve planning tools and reporting capabilities.
