Bacardi Mexico seeks a Senior Demand Planner to lead forecasting and data stewardship for the Mexico market. You will build sell-out and translate to sell-in forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance, while ensuring data integrity and reporting capabilities.

You will own the customer data policy, monitor inventories, and drive the S&OP process across functions, with a focus on forecast accuracy, tool adoption, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5 years experience in planning roles with 2 years in demand planning.
• Advanced Excel required; BI and SAP desirable.
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Business English required for communication with global functions and plants.
• Understanding of consumer and customer needs; matrix organization experience.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast construction in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Commercial data stewardship and data integrity validation.
• Define and monitor customer inventory policies with leadership.
• Demand management in Bacardí System with accurate coding and lifecycle updates.
• Lead S&OP processes and cross-functional demand reviews.
