Kellanova is seeking a Senior Deduction Analyst to support our U.S. customer portfolio within the Global Business Services organization.

You will lead complex deduction resolutions, manage customer portfolios to reduce overdue balances, and monitor payment activity to improve cash flow and customer relationships. You will mentor a small team, drive DSO and current balance metrics, and ensure adherence to accounting processes while delivering data-driven improvements across North America.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience managing customer deductions, collections, and payment processes within an Invoice to Cash environment.
• Advanced English proficiency with experience supporting U.S.-based customers.
• Hands-on experience with Vistex deduction management processes and systems.
• Customer portfolio management experience with accountability for receivables performance and collection targets.
• Strong knowledge of DSO, current balance management, and accounts receivable metrics.
• Experience working with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Customer Portfolio Management — Own receivable performance for an assigned customer portfolio, partnering directly with U.S.-based customers to reduce overdue balances and improve cash collection results.
• Payment Process Oversight — Analyze payment activity, investigate application discrepancies, support reconciliation efforts, and ensure adherence to accounting and process requirements.
• Performance & Metrics Management — Monitor DSO, Current Balance, and collection performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to improve results.
• Team Support & Development — Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to a small team while helping drive consistency, process adherence, and service quality.

Join Kellanova’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization as a Senior Deduction Analyst supporting our customer portfolio across the U.S. In this role, you will drive the resolution of customer deductions, collections, and payment-related activities while partnering closely with commercial, finance, and customer stakeholders to improve cash flow performance and strengthen customer relationships. This position offers the opportunity to influence business results through data-driven decision making, process expertise, and customer engagement. Based within our Invoice to Cash team, you will collaborate with a diverse network of internal partners while supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

As a senior member of the team, you'll help drive performance against key receivables metrics, including DSO and Current Balance, while providing leadership and guidance to a small team. You'll have visibility across customer payment behaviors, deduction trends, and continuous improvement initiatives that impact business performance across North America.

We’re Looking for Someone With
