You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cash visibility and drive automation across transformation programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience leading finance teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and audit support.
• Experience with ERP implementations and system upgrades.
• Advanced English in global business environment.

Description

Are you passionate about driving financial accuracy, controls, and operational excellence on a global scale? As a Senior Cash Management Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of cash management processes, leading reconciliation activities, strengthening compliance, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across a global organization. You'll work closely with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate cash visibility and contribute to continuous process improvements.

In this role located in Querétaro, you'll combine technical accounting expertise with leadership and problem-solving capabilities to support a strong control environment and high-quality service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to automation initiatives, process optimization projects, and global transformation programs while helping develop a high-performing team focused on sustainable results and operational excellence.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• Cash Reconciliation Leadership - Perform and oversee bank and cash account reconciliations across multiple entities and banking platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Financial Controls And Compliance - Support period-end close activities, maintain a strong control environment, and coordinate internal and external audit requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Issue Resolution And Risk Management - Lead investigations into reconciliation discrepancies, identify root causes, manage operational risks, and drive corrective action plans.
• Process Improvement And Transformation - Support automation initiatives, ERP implementations, system enhancements, and global transformation projects that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Team Leadership And Development - Lead and develop the Cash Management team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality performance and continuous growth.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
• Professional experience in accounting, cash management, bank reconciliations, or related finance operations.
• Experience performing and overseeing cash and bank account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit support processes.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or shared service transitions.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to operate in a global business environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating finance teams and operational activities.
