Kellanova’s Global Business Services invites you to join the ITC Invoice to Cash team as a Process Specialist in Querétaro. You’ll drive process excellence, data integrity and control compliance across key financial operations in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

This 10-month position focuses on standardization, transaction quality, and actionable insights to support business performance and operational efficiency, with data-driven decision making and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Deductions, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.

Join Kellanova’s Global Business Services team as part of the KNA Invoice to Cash (ITC) organization, where you’ll play a key role in driving process excellence, data integrity, and control compliance across critical financial operations. As a Process Specialist, you will help strengthen standardization, improve transaction quality, and generate actionable insights that support business performance and operational efficiency. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner with stakeholders across finance and business teams to support continuous improvement across the ITC process.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through data-driven decision making, process governance, and customer-focused service delivery. You will collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for improvement, support issue resolution, and help ensure a consistent experience for ITC stakeholders. If you enjoy analyzing data, improving processes, and contributing to operational excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise within a global organization. This is a 10-months temporary position.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Process Excellence: Monitor process adherence, transaction quality, and application/data integrity while identifying opportunities for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Analyzing Business Performance: Leverage data analysis and insights to identify trends, support decision making, and improve efficiency across Invoice to Cash operations.
• Strengthening Controls & Compliance: Support adherence to established controls and governance requirements by helping identify risks and reinforcing standardized processes.
• Enhancing Customer Experience: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a strong, consistent, and customer-focused experience across ITC services.
• Supporting Transaction Accuracy: Assist with the resolution and reversal of cash, deduction, and trade application errors to maintain data accuracy and accounting integrity.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Deductions, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Experience supporting process controls, compliance activities, or operational quality monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
