Kellanova’s Global Business Services is seeking a Senior Deduction Analyst to lead deduction resolution, collection performance, and customer account health for a major retail client. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive analytical insight and operational excellence.

Within the Invoice to Cash team, you will investigate deductions, manage client relationships, and monitor receivables while supporting process improvements and standardized practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience managing retail deductions and collections within a customer-facing Invoice to Cash environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience supporting large retail customers.
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems and deduction management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, collection processes, deductions, and payment resolution.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications

Responsabilidades

• Retail Deduction Management — Investigate, validate, and resolve customer deductions while ensuring accurate processing and adherence to policies.
• Customer Partnership — Serve as a key contact for client accounts, resolving financial disputes and payment issues.
• Collections & Receivables Performance — Manage collection activities and receivable balances to support cash flow.
• Data Analysis & Issue Resolution — Analyze deduction and payment trends, identify root causes, and suggest improvements.
• Process Optimization — Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and standardize deduction management.

Description:

Bring your expertise in retail deductions and customer account management to Kellanova’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. As a Senior Deduction Analyst supporting one of our largest retail customers, you will play a key role in driving deduction resolution, collection performance, and customer account health while partnering with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role offers broad exposure to customer-facing operations and the opportunity to influence business performance through analytical insight and operational excellence.

Working within our Invoice to Cash team, you'll support complex retail deduction activities, strengthen customer relationships, and help ensure consistent delivery against financial and service-level objectives. The position provides an exciting opportunity to act as a trusted business partner while helping drive continuous improvement across deduction and collection processes

• Retail Deduction Management — Investigate, validate, and resolve customer deductions while ensuring accurate processing and adherence to established policies and controls.
• Customer Partnership — Serve as a key point of contact for clients-related accounts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial disputes and payment issues.
• Collections & Receivables Performance — Manage collection activities and receivable balances to support cash flow objectives and customer account health.
• Data Analysis & Issue Resolution — Analyze deduction and payment trends, identify root causes, and recommend actions that improve operational performance.
• Process Optimization — Partner with business stakeholders to support process improvements, system enhancements, and standardized deduction management practices.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience managing retail deductions and collections within a customer-facing Invoice to Cash environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience supporting large retail customers.
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems and deduction management platforms.
