Kellanova is seeking a Cash Application Jr. Analyst to join its Invoice to Cash team within Global Business Services. You will help ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments and support cash operations across the business.

You'll collaborate with collections and customers to maintain account accuracy, participate in payment investigations, and gain exposure to financial systems and processes in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Finance Operations, or related areas.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Word.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Exposure to cash application platforms.
• English proficiency to support communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Payment Application Management — Apply customer payments accurately and timely while ensuring transactions are recorded correctly within established processes.
• Customer Payment Follow-Up — Engage with customers to obtain payment remittances, supporting documentation, and other information required for accurate cash application.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with the Collections team to resolve payment-related issues and support account reconciliation activities.
• Portal & Deposit Administration — Manage customer portals, monitor unidentified deposits, and support follow-up activities to ensure proper allocation of funds.
• Cash Application Process Support — Assist with tracking payment details, HighRadius follow-up activities, and maintaining payment application quality standards.

Description: Join Kellanova’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization as aCash Application Jr. Analystwithin our Invoice to Cash team. In this role, you will help ensure the accurate and timely application of customer payments while supporting the smooth flow of cash operations across the business. Working closely with collections teams and customers, you will play an important role in maintaining account accuracy and supporting key financial performance metrics.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career finance professionals looking to build expertise in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Invoice to Cash processes. You will gain exposure to customer interactions, payment investigation activities, and financial systems while collaborating with a dynamic, customer-focused team.

We’re Looking for Someone With
