AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with deep Airflow and dbt expertise to advance a modern Snowflake data stack. You will build robust DAGs, automate tests, and ensure zero downtime for downstream BI tools while migrating ETL jobs into orchestrated workflows.

The role requires 4+ years in data engineering, hands-on production experience with Airflow, dbt, and SQL/Python, and a focus on data governance and scalable architecture. Eastern Time overlap for daily standups is preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Hands-on with Apache Airflow and dbt in production.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with data governance and PII handling.

Responsabilidades

• Support bronze/silver/gold layering in Snowflake with architecture decisions.
• Build automated testing and failure alerting for ETL and Airflow.
• Migrate Paradime jobs to Airflow DAGs.
• Maintain data governance and access controls for PII data.
• Translate dbt schedules to Airflow DAGs using @task and dynamic task mapping.
• Maintain Paradime-Airflow integrations.
