AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect a modern data platform. You will design production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Snowflake schemas, and establish DataOps practices.

Expect to orchestrate with Airflow/Prefect/Dagster, integrate REST APIs, ensure data quality, and apply CI/CD and Docker standards to data repositories. You will implement scalable pipelines, write clean Python, and improve data reliability for Fortune 500 brands and fast-growing startups.

Formación

• 4+ years of Data Engineer experience and strong Python code practices.
• Advanced SQL knowledge, data modeling and query optimization.
• Hands-on Snowflake data warehouse design and optimization.
• Experience with Airflow/Prefect/Dagster for orchestration.
• REST API and event-driven ingestion from multiple sources.
• Experience with data quality checks and data lineage tracking.
• Git-based version control, CI/CD basics, and Docker familiarity.
• Fluent English (upper-intermediate) written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and streaming data.
• Model Snowflake schemas to support enterprise analytics and performance.
• Ingest data from REST APIs and event streams into core storage.
• Maintain and expand orchestration pipelines with modern tools.
• Implement automated data quality checks and lineage tracing.
• Advocate CI/CD and IaC practices; manage code with Git and Docker.
