AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive the Medallion Architecture in a modern Snowflake data stack. You will design complex Airflow DAGs, audit dbt code for performance, and maintain integrations between Paradime and Airflow, ensuring zero downtime for BI tools during infra changes.

We value collaboration across teams, with daily standups in ETZ overlap and a strong emphasis on automated testing, error handling, and scalable Python design patterns.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Substantial hands-on production experience with Apache Airflow/Astronomer.
• Proficiency with dbt Core and related CI/CD patterns.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement bronze/silver/gold layering in Snowflake with the team.
• Build automated tests and failure alerts for ETL/airflow pipelines.
• Migrate Paradime jobs to Airflow DAGs with robust scheduling.
• Ensure data governance and protect PII in pipelines.
