You will define initiatives from problem framing to execution, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders while leveraging data and emerging AI tools to scale outcomes. A strong communicator with ownership mindset is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in program management, consulting, strategy, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional programs and drive execution.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, to improve efficiency.
