Job summary

Celestica seeks a senior leader to head a customer-focused team responsible for end-to-end execution for key customers. You will guide program management, planning, purchasing, engineering, quality and manufacturing within a matrix structure to deliver value and loyalty.

You will drive continuous improvement using lean and six-sigma methods, manage resources, and report performance to customers and site leadership. This role requires strong leadership and financial understanding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a significant customer-focused team with site-wide responsibility.
• Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement using lean and six-sigma methodologies.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration across SCM, engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major customer-focused team with site-wide responsibility for execution.
• Oversee planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, and manufacturing functions (direct reports).
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and six-sigma methodologies across the CFT.
• Manage performance with MOR metrics and report to leadership and customers.
• Provide budget oversight and collaborate on pricing and forecast plans.
